Tested it on pebble wash walkway. Results after 6 months. Dirt uses water as medium to seep through the pebble wash and stain it.

Thanks. http://www.nanophos.com/en/SurfaGuardM_en.htmlThis product will slow down the rust by 10 times, not preventing it. Did you powdercoat your grills? Please be informed it will deepens the colour of a molded steel. Application method : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIxs_xtoJEA

QUOTE(ynot @ Dec 13 2013, 08:42 PM) which part is the tested result? the pebble became white after application or clearer? Btw, I got the bottles from Lim, deal went well. Thumbs up. Tested on cement wall, worked charms. I'll see if it last finger crossed. a question, I tried with water, and it create droplets instead of soaked in good! How about coffee or tea? I dare not to test it as its a cement featured wall... if it stained then just wondered if you know? the picture was taken after rain. the stone wash remains dry and kept it original colour even when in contact with water. coffee or tea will stain because it contains colour pigment.

QUOTE(stevie8 @ Dec 15 2013, 05:53 PM) My living hall grout is white. Over time it turned yellow and some parts black . Some still remains white under area where we cannot reach with our mops. I would say it turns yellow and black due to mopping. When we mop we use detergent and water of course. How do you suggest i do? Dig out all the grout and buy your sufar pores C? That is a lot of work. Should I mix the new grout white powder only with your product without water to have better result or mix with some water and what is the concentration or ratio? I also see you have another product that removes stain. Can I use this product to remove the yellow and black stain on the grout and then apply the water repellent? We do not have any products on hand to clean grout stains. You can probably spray some Chlorox and leave it overnight. I would strongly recommend you to replace 1/3 of water with Surfapore C for mixing in the white powder and re apply into your grouting. If you think that is insufficient, do another layer of surface coating on the grout.

QUOTE(dreyvii @ Mar 8 2014, 11:51 AM) My entire house water proofing is poorly done. Would like to use this in my bathrooms and outdoor balcony for waterproofing. House is also very damp and prone to algae and fungus. Any solution? When u say kitchen, does it mean the grouting of the kitchen tiles? Will consider that as well. How about solid surface work top? Do I need a coating for that as well? Manufacturer claims that solid surface is non porous, therefore will not cause staining. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Your product claims a 5-10 year coating effect on surfaces? Any warranty if product does not work or is not up to expectations? Any sales/servicing for East Malaysian clients? Use Surfapore C on your bathroom grout by using the brushing method. Covers the floor grout and at least 3 feet of grouting on the bathroom walls. May I know if your balcony is using tiles or concrete based? There is no need coating for solid surface and it is already non porous and polished. But you still need to be careful with the coffee rim stains, clean it off immediately.
