My living hall grout is white. Over time it turned yellow and some parts black . Some still remains white under area where we cannot reach with our mops. I would say it turns yellow and black due to mopping. When we mop we use detergent and water of course.

How do you suggest i do? Dig out all the grout and buy your sufar pores C? That is a lot of work. Should I mix the new grout white powder only with your product without water to have better result or mix with some water and what is the concentration or ratio?

I also see you have another product that removes stain. Can I use this product to remove the yellow and black stain on the grout and then apply the water repellent?

The bleach use for removing cloth stain right? Is this acidic?

My entire house water proofing is poorly done. Would like to use this in my bathrooms and outdoor balcony for waterproofing. House is also very damp and prone to algae and fungus. Any solution? When u say kitchen, does it mean the grouting of the kitchen tiles? Will consider that as well. How about solid surface work top? Do I need a coating for that as well? Manufacturer claims that solid surface is non porous, therefore will not cause staining.

Please correct me if I'm wrong. Your product claims a 5-10 year coating effect on surfaces? Any warranty if product does not work or is not up to expectations? Any sales/servicing for East Malaysian clients?
