There will be a new road from EkoCHeras going to MRR2 to avoid the roundabout jam. But it is only a one way road. It would be super nice if the developer also make a road from MRR2 enter directly to EkoCHeras to avoid the U-turn.

if the Highly anticipated mall n hotel didn't materialized, i wonder how would that affect the future price of this project?
I think mall n hotel is just bonus added to this project, we all jumped into ekocheras initially just because of the mrt station.
