it is pretty normal, many developer even straightly wiped out the price of sold units, psychological effect, no choice

Ecin kor, txs 4 updating om TRX. Lots of residential high rise buildings n office blocks. Sunway velocity was trying 2 sell their resi block hinging on their proximity to TRX. But fr TRX master plan I noticed thr r sufficient resi blocks to support the expats working thr. No need to even rent fr sunway velocity. I drove past trx last week. Noticed their construction progress v slow n fr their master plan the project supposed 2 complete by 2017. Fat chance.

I am sceptical on the delivery of TRX....high risk high gain investment requiring those with big guli to go in

Tower J owners- SA told me SnP will be signing next month. Not sure how true this is as they keep delaying.

I am predicting that blk E 's snp is even later. Not sure if that impacts dibs loan......

Dunno why I'm quite confident with ekocheras....like no need marketing no need advertisement then sold out....it's like good things don't really need to hard sell kind of feeling....

I think spa delays and delivery of vp are two different things. Spa is depend on lawyer while delivery of vp is depend on Ekovest construction sdb bhd.

Also this is 48 months project which have extra 12 months buffer compare to other condo projects.

If you are 70% ltv, next year apply also can...
But you are open to risk to bnm policy, they could set 3rd property ltv only 50% or, go back to 90%?
Or blr increase 1% then bank offer package like blr -2.7...

The longer they delay SnP, the better window for name exchanging. Once a loan is known to rejected, this window allows flipping to take place...
