I don't see any issue on developer side to put in Freebies, it's the package they already spoke out .. for them the cost of those are nuts, for us it's something; perhaps Solicitor firm didn't advise that

Just send first! Send more doesn't matter..

coz initially the developer only plans to do retail shops.. but they may convert it into lifestyle mall now.. so the developer nits our blessings to do it if it does happen in the future..
