Hey anyone experienced your phone can't receive phone calls or messages at all?i think the reason is 0.00 credit in my account which mean i get barred from UM?

Really disappointed in U mobile,my account was terminated today,it should at least send me a message to inform me my account will be terminated if i do not top up in how many days,instead it straight cut my number...and the customer service is the worst among all the customer service i have ever seen...Call for 10 mins no one answers keep playing the pa pa pa song...ZZZ

what else you expect for that? That's only a prepaid, if you can't even use RM 10 or just set a calendar to reload within 90 days, better just don't use the card, umobile feel more disappointed on such customers just to complain but not appreciate.

There is always a better way to put this as a suggestion
*Umobile is cheaper than other telco only RM 10 can keep 1 month validity, but it could be perfect if can send a sms to remind before terminated, so I won't lose this number, but next time I would be careful, so now I may try to proceed to center to see whether can get back or not since I know their hotline is too hot that rarely answered within few mins *

Just for your information , there are few existing umobile customers in this forum manage to get back their numbers after expired, just keep in mind don't take everything as granted

Why on earth would i keep thinking about when my account will be terminated?The only reason i used its prepaid was because of the seem reasonable data plan,who knew their weak terrible line that caused me disconnected every few minutes connected to their '3G line'...In your sentences,i found out that you claimed all the prepaid users can't ask more because we're using a prepaid plan,even their customer service suck,weak coverage?Only can sit on a chair and endure all of this?Vincent tan is ruining his subsidiary company to have agent like you who always ask customers show gratitude for being given the bad service,which is why this company won't improved their customer service and coverage i rather spent rm30 a month on Digi Celcom Maxis than using this awful company prepaid plan.

I am an umobile agent and also umobile users, i need not to tell a lie or cover the weak side, what i provide is the necessary information to help and provide the service needed.

The main problem is I've already been email them for literally zillion times but i got nothing in reply,call them all i got is listening diggusting song.so that's why i got upset and tell you guys about their service.Out of the blue,one guy came and blamed me for not reloading and complaining their bad service??

if u insist to get back the number, u can proceed to the center, and subscribe a postpaid package and request them to get back the number u just lost, i forgot which forumer of us did that before and manage to get back the number, u may change back to prepaid after u got back the number. and just for your information i believe some of the umobile user forumers did buy the reload credits with me and sometimes even during 6am morning or 12am midnight, not asking you to visit my shop but just to let you know lowyat.net always provide suggestions and solutions to solve the problem, so next time you may just shout out loud, anyone here can help a bit , here got problem, I believe most of them are willing to help  cool2.gif
yup, since umobile gonna launch new package something like U38 U48 postpaid ... and announce on next January dealers dinner, I would update asap or any1 knew it earlier also can share ya

I confessed there was something wrong with me too.I apology for that.Maybe it's because their outrageous CS..I already got myself a new prepaid from Xox hope it won't disappoint me.

that's a lost number similar to you lost your phone and the sims, u must proceed to the nearest center, and yes there are only few, they got low budget, so nothing to be disappointed too

as i mentioned many times, there is no such perfect plan that suit everyone, but at least u could find the one who suit u the most among sooooo many telco

Well,actually the main purpose i choose xox is because of their numbers.I got myself a good one..If its not really good then I will consider MNP to another.Since i have so much choice as you mentioned DiGi/Maxis/Celcom/Umobile//Tunetalk/Redtong/Clixster/Buzzme/Friend.
