QUOTE(sanderz @ Dec 13 2013, 10:56 PM) Wew, this is what I get paying for RM128 MB128/20GB and RM130 New 21Mbps TP-Link MA260 HSPA+ Modem. Thank you U Mobile. Anyone experiencing this too??? This is really unacceptable!!! Now using my phone (DiGi) as modem. You should channel your complaint here www.complaint.cfm.org.my Last month I complaint about my MB128 speed slow like snail at Putrajaya Presint 7 and U Mobile call me 3 weeks later said that they will solve this problem by January 2014. See how it goes after January 2014, if still slow, I will complaint again. I think they won't do anything if they don't received any complaint.

QUOTE(mydragoon @ Mar 11 2014, 11:01 AM) i had this as well... very likely, the area you're at is congested (too many users). what i had done: * logged case with CFM <-- lengthy process and yes, u mobile was playing 'buat bodoh'. kept asking same Q and reply weird things. in the end, even CFM also agree i bring up to MCMC * brought up my case to MCMC. also mentioned my CFM case number. MCMC acknowledged complain received and will check my case with CFM. not too long after that, my connection seems to have improved a bit. speed is much better now. +1 But for my case the speed improved after report to CFM, so no need to go to MCMC.

If I terminate my Broadband 20GB now, do I have to pay full amount bill or pro-rate? Currently I just finished the 1 year contract.
