Actually they're doing this very unprofessionally.
They didn't give any announcement, sms or notification to tell us the changes. Like for the validity period change from 3X to 2X, make me keep wondering why I reload RM10 but expiry date is in 20 days time. Looks like time to search for other service providers for my seldom/hardly used line. And for those who are on UMI28 for example, they might burn off their credit if they didn't know that it reduced to 50 minutes after renewal. Just asking yea...
Actually according to the latest promotions and plans available, what's the difference between postpaid 28 and prepaid with UMI 28? I know postpaid doesn't have free calls. Last time for postpaid they gave extra 1GB if auto-debit or some sort if I remember correctly. Is it still on now? |

yea you guys got it wrong.
According to the T&C, After the Promotion Period, the subscription to Video Add-On Pack will automatically terminate. If subscribers wish to continue, they can do so by Dialing *118*9# or by sending ON YTM to 28118. Subscription will be charged at the published rate notified on U Mobile’s website. http://www.u.com.my/tnc/2440 |

QUOTE(hyperyouth_firepower @ Oct 26 2014, 01:53 PM) hi folks, wanna ask. Did you enable roaming in your phone settings?1) Where I live, UMobile has no 3G. At least i've tried it on a RM8 SIM card (normal sim, with the big sized gold plate, cannot cut to nano or micro sim size) 2) However, I noticed that people have always mentioned that UMOBILE's 3G coverage, if its outside of its own coverage, will roam into Maxis 3G's coverage. Is this true? (the reason I ask is that no matter what I do, I can only see UMOBILE GPRS, and not 3G) Assuming if #2 is correct, is there any way for me using UMOBILE SIM to latch on to maxis's 3G roaming? or its just not meant to be like that? Kindly advice please? And does your phone support 3G? This post has been edited by fisherman10: Oct 26 2014, 06:15 PM |
