i'm a postpaid user of u mobile broadband~
i've got no problem with the service up till now~ the services superb although i do not like the 3 days data top up~ =.="
however, due to unforseen circumstances, i have to cancel my subscription~ do i need to attend centre for the termination or a phone call to the customer service will just do?
