collection center and customer service which might refer ur case to financial department are 2 different department, so no point to report to them, still better to EMAIL + CALL to let them update u , but normally long working days required cool2.gif

Haha you can get it cheaper from me, and did you make sure your setting for the modem is 3g only not auto? If sometimes it roam to 2gb then would be very slow

then wait till expired, only can SUBSCRIBE a new MB68, there is no way to buy BROADBAND package which is *118*2# if ur umi package *118*3# is not yet expired

my experience in SETAPAK = after 8pm very very slow @ pv15, but that was few months ago

mb128 plan still available cool2.gif try refer to my post and ask for the price

5GB + 5GB promotion ends on 31 JAN 2014 correct for the plan subscription but not the plan offering, means u can't subscribe that package anymore after expiration date,

so u might still enjoy the quota after 31 JAN until further notice

Now only e3131 available, that tp link works well with most of the modems

now is 5 gb 24 hours, 5gb 2am-8am extra

there is no reason for not receiving the calls or messages even u got 0 credits in your phone, since the passive date to receive call is > active date to call out, once ur phone number remain passive for more than 60 days, ur number will be gone FOREVER cool2.gif

Please don't just complain without a solid reason, who the hell in this world dono if you don't reload in a period of time your number will be terminated with using prepaid, umobile just need your RM 10 to keep active for 1 month, not RM 30 like digi Celcom Maxis.

what else you expect for that? That's only a prepaid, if you can't even use RM 10 or just set a calendar to reload within 90 days, better just don't use the card, umobile feel more disappointed on such customers just to complain but not appreciate.

There is always a better way to put this as a suggestion
*Umobile is cheaper than other telco only RM 10 can keep 1 month validity, but it could be perfect if can send a sms to remind before terminated, so I won't lose this number, but next time I would be careful, so now I may try to proceed to center to see whether can get back or not since I know their hotline is too hot that rarely answered within few mins *

Just for your information , there are few existing umobile customers in this forum manage to get back their numbers after expired, just keep in mind don't take everything as granted
