Are u using a dual sim phone ?

if yes try take out both sim, then only put in the sim that u need for DATA, put at SIM 1, and search network for 3g, if 3g not appear that means your area not under 3g coverage. Possibilities that you failed to get 3g with your dual sim phone as below :


1. u put it @ sim 2 slot
2. the priority for 3g setting on another sim
3. your area not under 3g

the final test put at another 3g phone with single sim only to test whether got 3g

is 30% extra CALL BALANCE for LOCAL CALLS

if E then don't expect much la, when only 2g available as my point of view only whatsapp or wechat available, other thing give up, E is different from 3g finished quota. What i hate umobile the most is its coverage out of town really sucks till max, but when its 3g on then it's a very competitive telco

first, this trouble happen because the telco want your life harder to port out, so may still stay with them after few failure of trial.

u got few options

1. port both principal and supp to umobile together
2. convert your supp into single prepaid or single postpaid, then u may convert either of them to umobile
3. give up, stay with digi

if you are not under 4g coverage, there would not be any difference in terms of speed
for 4g area, with LTE device of mifi you can reach 3mbps ~ 60++ mbps area dependent.

3g speed then always 2~3mbps with H+ , probably faster during non peak hour

confirmed ? because i couldn't find the official link for that plan now

if you are with a DATA plan like UMI then once you hit the quota you will only get 64kbps speed, so probably you need to get a higher quota plan with me to enjoy fast speed internet, or continue to suffer with 64kbps till the plan expired

postpaid 128 is 10gb peak + 20gb (2am-8am)
prepaid 128 is 20gb whole day

and please pm me for more discount on prepaid 20gb or postpaid 10+20gb plan

hahaha umobile so late only update @ website, i remember last month we already announce this news

please note that is THE 20GB 2am-8am

ONLY 10gb is whole day

thats why it is called 10+20gb , not 30gb, very misleading term

while prepaid is only called 20gb

in phone = *118*2*3#

if sms to check would charge RM0.05/ sms

b4 that got such apps too, but simply access your ussd to check, act like a shortcut only =.=
