u serious your umobile 3g able to achieve 20mbps before ? modem or phone ?
actually they always restrict <>3-5mbps since very long time, last time easily reach 6mbps with 7.2mbps modem, but now 21mbps modem only reach 3-4mbps .

2. prepaid is 1gb data, 50 min, 30 sms, postpaid is 1gb data 200 sms to others , 100 sms to umobile
3. 2g is hotlink, 3g is own umobile 3g network, coverage is not an issue for umobile usually.
4. free 250mb once u port in and top up 30 for a month, it last for 1 year

example , u port in and top up 30, and subscribe umi28, u got 1.25gb this month, then repeat next month... last for 12 months

you try to connect to 3g first, the apn should put my3g, i believe there should be no problem as i also always eating the TOM YUM opposite the public bank there.

good question, unlike digi 1m, once u missed 1 month then can't enjoy the low rate of 1gb, this 1 within 12 months whenever u reload one shot RM 30 in a month, u will get the extra 250mb data + the 30mb free data from your RM 30 top up.

yup correct, just for your information the clixster RM 17 1gb for a month internet would be stopped when the active validity passed, so you still need to top up RM 30 a month, thats bit different from umobile

that 1 lots ppl also experienced same, but very soon they recover it, maybe not too serious then they didn't free anything that time

RM 100 ACTIVATION FEE, and RM 50 for ADVANCE DEPOSIT ( first month you would be charged 2 months monthly fee as 1 month deposit, so this RM 50 would be used to deduct this )

thats why now lots modem providers no more selling USB modem separately

yup no contract, you may cancel it anytime, let say u subscribe on 1st october and terminate on 31 oct your fee should be

RM 100 activation fee
RM 50 deposit 1 month
RM 10 stamp duty (first bill)
RM 18 ( 1 month deposit is RM 68, u paid RM 50, so balance is RM 18)

total = RM 178 plus the time waiting to subscribe package and time to terminate and parking fee
