QUOTE(owc @ Jun 20 2014, 04:48 PM)
Yesterday I meet a Umobile engineer at Timesqure Kuala Lumpur, when we talk about unlimited, they do have Unlimited sim card, each Engineer had at least 5 sim card.

When i try to offer him RM100 per month renting, he refuse, even i offer RM150 per month he also refuse. Say that what his boss have audit them d.

Anyone have way to rent their internal staff sim card that unlimited with 4G access?
*
unifi is RM 149 for so called unlimited 5mbps speed

i don't think any1 would be that stupid to accept RM 150 to rent that out for UNLIMITED 4g card without any T&C, even though lots celcom ghost card with so called unlimited data is charged RM 200 and not guaranteed how long unlimited would be, and some of forumers here should still remember that UNLIMITED UMOBILE DATA SIMS for RM 88 last time and they only used it for 1week then the trick is gone ... so i think thats the problem how to judge the value, somore u mentioned he is an ENGINEER , I don't think that he would be interested in that small money to him with such risk to lose his job lo cry.gif

sweat.gif Celcom cannot harap, the lubang too big already, someday it's might collapse to be another black hole.
Same Maxis, when that star collapse into black hole, all matter get su©k all people include agent fee and what so ever money, and get 128
*
haha i got same opinion too, so after all I realize that this is a non stop war for unlimited data with CHEAP PRICE
as an umobile dealer, i also can offer cheap price for LIMITED data only, not hoping to steal any money from telco the BIG WINNER already

Does uMobile plan to came out any 50GB plan due to LTE speed? such as 50mbps, 50GB packages?
*
NOPE, i think they would cut down plan 20gb soon somore, since they are aiming phone internet more than broadband internet that lots data consuming with low charges

1gb selling RM 18 to 28 but 20gb only @ RM 128, for them is not a healhty situation while broadband market is no more that competitive compare to last time

QUOTE(Andy0625 @ Jun 26 2014, 04:39 AM)
Thanks for clearing that up. I'm currently on U-mobile plan and typing this via hotspot, speed is around 6mbps, does that mean the 49 modem package should work flawlessly here? The speed wasn't too bad but not as good as those with 4g phone + 4g coverage though. Do you know if the 20gb plan you guys mentioned few pages back still available?

I'm still considering whether to go for the Umobile 49 package, yes 4g 68 plan or P1 plan.  blush.gif
*
yup the 20gb plan still available, ur 6mbps speed is 3g or 4g speed? i tested umobile 4g speed with my e398 at subang jaya with steady high speed 40mbps -60mbps, but it depends area too since subang jaya is not a congested area for umobile broadband users. not insulting but honestly i not dare to try P1, yes4g is very steady IF (and usually will) is under coverage, suitable for online gaming especially DOTA, last time i can't play dota with umobile broadband coz of the high ping, but yes4g work flawlessly, but too bad yes4g is expensive for higher data, 5gb data i think more or less for ALL TELCO, unless u buying discounted prepaid broadband from me brows.gif

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Jun 26 2014, 04:46 AM)
those 20Gb should be still available,

if currently u under 3G,. then RM49 packages device will either get you same speed( minimum ) - higher speed ( very possible ) in 3G area,..
if u are under 4G coverages, then that will be way different level of speed for sure

well for which ISP wise,
first u need to measure which ISP signal is stronger and stable most of the time,..
and which ISP offer a better value for your personal monthly budget

if u interested in u mobile RM49 packages , am sure u can contact CnY Garage.. he is one of the dealer which i am sure he can give you best advise on best offer to fit your need  notworthy.gif

Thanks for the reply, Chuah and CnY Garage. The 6mbps speed should be 3.5g hsdpa+ since my phone doesn't support lte. Would you able to advise how much is the 20gb data plan? For the discounted prepaid broadband, please give more information on it buddy.  nod.gif
*
borrow a lte phone and test out the 4g speed @ 4g area , mostly subang puchong, near 1u area only for now

*** This LTE Modem promotion is not applicable for 7-day Money Back Guarantee. It is only available in Berjaya Times Square, Sunway and Taman Molek branches.
Does that mean there's no 4g modem available other than the 3 store listed above?
*
u can try e398, this modem is not bad, u can look for blacktubi , i bought it from him

Simple, if Umobile cut your commission, do some other more profitable stuff than be slave to them.

Sell more latest hot stocks like 9H Glass Screen Protector, good quality back case and power bank.

Those are money generating stuff rather than get your cash stuck with them for buying huge amount of e reload & simpacks cause consumers nowadays are not stupid and will go for the best value for money deal.

I have inside info that Hotlink are poised to launched a very attractive package to capture back market share via Mobile Internet which see consumers getting the fastest and widest Mobile Internet on its most extensive LTE connection as Most smart fon are LTE enabled now. Umobile mobile internet at night sucks BIG TIME now and they are not pouring $$ to invest on LTE stations.

Time to change your thinking now buddy.  icon_idea.gif

issue settled. nope, a shop nearby my house. haha.. Just called them and ask for re activation and then done.  rclxms.gif

easily to verify whether u received the payment, just *118*7*4# or login selfcare to check payment history

and for barred status, usually u call centre and verify payment with them 5mins would be enough for them to unbar, or else wait around 2 hours to auto unbar after payment. cool2.gif

by the way u can contact me to get ur bill settled too with discount brows.gif
