Hi this is my second month using umobile broadband. I dont understand why my bill statement is rm113.6 for this month instead of rm78/month.

I already paid rm150 advanced access fee for the first month. What is the excess rm35.6 for?

I also exceeded my quota so my speed got throttled. The speed is way too slow, its around 1kb or 2kb per second. I thought the speed after we exceeded is 64kb per second?

Wish there is anyone to clear my doubts sad.gif

hi, i explain it for you, you pay your bill with me ya brows.gif got discount oh

u paid RM 50 advance fee, so the balance of advance would be RM 38 ( u should pay 1 month deposit)
stamp duty RM 10
so ur first bill minimum amount would be RM 48
so 113.6 -48 = 65.6

A/ 28 * 88 - 10 (rebate) = 65.6
A = 24

28-24+1 = 5, so it means u subscribe the package @ 5th of February
usage = 24 days, the complete calculation is 24/28 (prorated) * 88 - 10 (rebate) = 65.6

so your bill 65.6 + 48 = 113.6

this amount already cleared your FEB bill and also MAR bill ( because u paid advance )
so basically you paid 50 + 113.6 for 1 month and 24 days, make sense ?
sorry for poor explanation tongue.gif

You paid advance 50 during registration remember?
So you only need to pay extra 38 to make it total 88 for your 1 month advance payment
And first time stamp duty 10

So is 48

Hello, I just want to ask, sorry if it's a noob question.

If i buy MB128 package, which I can get 10GB all-day quota. Free 20GB for off-peak period (2am-8am).

Is this mean I can get 30GB quota everyday or 30GB for a month?

Minimum speed for all mobile broadband is zero.... depends on network quality, cannot guarantee any minimum.

Actually even fixed line can hit the magic zero, but not as easily as mobile la. So your question doesn't apply. Better test in the locations you want, just buy prepaid can test di.

Aiksss. It's okay bro other 4 members of my family are planning to change to this plan too. Any discount 😄? Beside can I get some advice from u? They are now celcom postpaid user. What is the procedure to port to p50? they need to change to Celcom prepaid first? they plan to register 2 account of p50 and subline to the other 2sims . Any hidden charges or misleading info about the subline thing? Thanks.
