passive date is 60 days, meaning after expired of ur active date, u got 60 days to top up to keep it alive

I am using U28 currently, may I know if I can switch from U28 to UMI28 by retaining my current hp number? What is the procedure and document to switch? Do I need to go to U mobile centre personally?

haha thats the problem, only 30 can get extra 8% RM 2.4 and 50 get extra 8% RM 4, and 100 get extra 8% RM 8
so if u paid 30 then i reload more than that then not entitled 8% extra jo haha

yeah, umobile's autodebit gives you bonus quota 250MB for each renewal.

actually i'm still getting 250mb. my u28 (1gb) + 250MB bonus quota, ngam ngam enuf for my monthly usage 

usually i finished 250MB within 10 days (avg hit 80% by 6-7th, 100% by 7-9th).
now this is something interesting i found out about the bonus quota vs plan quota:

1) every new month/bill reset, you'll get 250MB bonus quota immediately.
2) i noticed the plan quota (1GB) will no reset back to 1GB. still stucked with last months usage count.
3) called up CS, they said plan quota 1GB will only reset after bonus quota is depleted. <-- weird huh
4) so i tested this. quickly finish my bonus quota 250MB. then after a while, my 1GB reset liao.

oh well, as long as i get back my quota, dont really care much.
