For real hassle-free, there are merchants which will do reload for you on lelong. Even CNY Garage here does that. They only accept bank transfer, but got some discount. Best I've found so far is 8%.

Any seksyen 7 Shah Alam (LTE usb modem) user care to comment on their coverage?

I'm moving out soon into a new condo at seksyen 7, and thinking of a good coverage broadband service here since my relatives said celcom arent doing well there.

Currently eyeing on the MB68 package with the 4G LTE usb modem. Prefer usb than mifi bcoz my pc can't withstand a steady mifi/wifi connection (keeps dc every minute n need to manually reconnect). The upfront payment is RM217, am i right?

The coverage for umobile is getting very bad recently. No 3G in many places even in town area. Bukit mertajam,butter worth,ipoh,kampar,Kota bharu. Hardly get more than 20kbps. Porting out very soon.

I'm sure even if uMobile starts offering UNLIMITED LTE/DC-HSDPA without contract at around RM150, plenty of current UniFi users will start churning over and never return back to it again until UniFi starts to offer affordable 100mbps while extending its coverage extensively.

Then it'll start a chain effect with DiGi, Celcom and Maxis following the same move.

umobile wont offer 1yr/360 validity. this cause problem with existing 2x reload validity (system, rollover, etc etc), and a mess to handle customer

doesn't make sense for 1 year validity from umobile, umobile mainly target Umi subscribers, minimum RM 20 for umi18 so validity should not be a problem.

i need some advice,
my umi28 plan was not auto renewed last night even though i had sufficient credit, so with data on till morning my credit got burned. just spoke to call center they refuse to do anything even though they acknowledged i had enough credit for auto renewal.

what can I do to get my credit back ???

always recommended to RE-subscribe the UMI28 before expired rather than wait for AUTO renew, thats exactly same as auto renew (brought balance freebies forward) I can't trust some convenience that might bring me problems without solution, try to be careful next time.
