actually this is a very big leakage in the application process, we must credit the RM 28 within 3 days after receiving the advance payment from customer for NEW NUMBER which means 018 /011 but not MNP customers who umobile worry that customers would complain if the MNP is failed, customers go to center and request for the refund, but usually the dealer also would charge the RM 28 as part of small profit including me while we try our best to settle the case.So the problem is here, umobile didn't request for the RM 28 advance payment for MNP customers but the dealer already charged on you, which means the responsibility is on the dealer there, you should just provide the receipt and claim it back.
Regarding the RM 3 itemized bill, umobile registration system set the ITEMIZED BILL as necessary for default, so probably the dealer didn't register your application correctly, so umobile center still showing you requested the itemized bill and they won't ever to waive it for you.
1. dealer not well trained on explanation and registration part.
2. customer service only explain to you but not checking any back end problem for you as they know NOTHING but according to the system only...
