The nokia staff told me to charge for 8 hours for first time charging, so should I really have to do that ?

Guys, I've notice that my Lumia 1520 gets hot on the right left corner while running the Kingdom and Lords for 5 minutes... Is it alright ? :S *sorry new to Lumia 1520 and kinda newb
