Guys who are already using WP8. What kind of video formats are supported natively with WP8?

Was really looking forward to it until think what benefit does the huge screen offer? Seem like quite limited due to WP8. It has got memory card slot but I needed to convert those videos, then it would be pointless.

A lot of the review mention its really just an average joe headphone. Distortion at higher volume from one of the review, and several other which mention low build quality etc. But its free... so... I guess its acceptable.

Everyone remember the fiasco with 1020 launching. Those who bought later with the DD is cheaper by a few hundred. So, it could basically be repeated, which is why I think why the response was somewhat lukewarm. Even DiGi is already cheaper by RM90+ and subscribing to the data plan is more useful than getting third rate SD card and cheapo capacitive stylus (no offense).

I would prefer if they would take a new approach and offer a few items to package together at a much cheaper price. Say if you choose to addon a Class 10 32GB for RM20-30 off... for an example.

Im surprised that no one offer a contract tie up. Was thinking to grab it with a contract.

Note series had wacom digitiser which are pretty accurate when using SPen. Lumia 1520 has super sensitive screen that allows it to register touches even when wearing gloves. Not that it helps with writing accuracy when using your finger or capacitive stylus.

I don't think Storekini is pulling your leg. Nokia is pulling the string from behind.

Bro, that's not the case. You bought Note 2 therefore you didn't noticed. Most Android handset don't play MKV as well, with the exception of Samsung which play almost everything and a little bit more. Yes, they are free third party apps that plays but you get the idea why Samsung held a huge chunk of sales due to its multimedia playback strength.

Claim directly from Nokia service center is much faster.

Just got a chance to play with it this afternoon in 1U. Really love the screen. Have to pass though because I cant give up my need for stylus. Impossible to give up 808 for it either.

Play with matte yellow 1020 too. Honestly speaking, it looks dull, boring compared to the red. Lots of fingerprints, yes, but only if you purposely look at it. Think the matte white 1020 looks ok due to the camera hump offering some contrast that make the dull white shine more, like 808.

Nokia phones don't really sell well nowadays. But I do think this strategy to gradually drop price every month might give them a chance to compete with top end Android devices which also subjected to price drop every month. Besides its Christmas and year end giveaways/luckydraws/annual dinner coming up. Good move.

The latest promo from Nokia seem to be RM1999 for 1520 and Flipcase (didnt mention what model). Then add RM49 to buy Nokia Asha 208 or 210.
