ARGHH I need help from u guys, my s4 suddenly went boot loop n i've try to remove the battery for a few minute but once i plug in the battery the phone keep repeating showing samsung s4 there n restart again n again. I didn't root my phone but 1 or 2 month ago i'hv installed the FAKE bbm apps n i cnt found the apps in the apps list n it install a few lapsap at my homescreen.Btw, I'm using 3G s4 n my status for my phone is still permissive, So if i upgrade to latest version of software is it possible it will remove the fake bbm or fully wipe will do so?

I was google ing but didnt found any solution, then i went utube n find solution for it and i found it, probably it is some dust in the power button and it keep pressing, so what is teaching in the video is smashing the home button on table, but i smash it on a mouse so that I wont feel that hurt and my phone is alive!
