To say the least, IMO there's nothing wrong with you accepting such amount/ fees paid for such a site.Unlike housing projects which can be calculated ( cement, ironsworks etc.) online project's are much flexi-quoted thing. This is because no standards in measuring a website's value till now.
For me, it's fine to take any amounts of money, as long as you think it would be worth the pain in the a$$ you'd bear.
