Yokohama's are generally noisier than, say, Goodyears. But they last quite a bit.
If you're looking for comfort at a price, then Conti's are a good deal. They wear pretty fast though, so better be careful.
I heard a lot of good reviews for the TripleMax but not used it personally.

If you're willing to shell RM5XX per type, Michelin's are a good bet. PS3 is a noisier option to the Primacy line but that's the trade-off for performance
