i use repel to do pokeradar chaining...never encounter wild pkmn.
and i think not only me..anybody else wont encounter wild pokemon while using repel with lvl 100 pokemon on 1st position.

mewtwo is easy, 1st throw a quick ball, 2nd hit him with an attack that u think wont kill it or use status effect moves like sleep powder, 3rd spam dusk balls at it
