Multiscale lowers damage taken from damage-dealing moves by half when at maximum HP. It does not reduce the amount of HP deducted by moves that deal a set amount of damage, such as Night Shade.

Females pass the ability 60%
Males pass the ability 20%

Males only pass down the hidden ability when bred with ditto, from what I've read. Females with the hidden ability pass it down with either ditto or a male.

so male is 31/31/31/31/31/x female is x/31/31/31/31
should be able to breed prefect 1 in no time.

Sometimes 0 Att and Spe can be useful but is there any use to 0 Def or SDef?

Lol, you have a point, I already have like 12 EV trained Pokemons I can use for the tournament, but I plan on breeding more to create a better team.

dratini can breed with other type of dragon.

eg: dratini male + carchomp female
= baby garbite.
