i get two 6iv honedge after 4-5box full of honedge..parent both 5iv and combination of both cover all iv.
mayb u can try..but sure the rate super low..im not aiming for perfect iv thou..

can I trade the shining with ur 5iv home with 0 speed?

if masuda method put diff region pokemon there
if wan to pass hidden ability it depend on the female
if put everstone it will 100% pass the holder nature
if put destiny knot increase chance to pass up to 5 iv
if u have pokemon with flame body ability like fletching line u cut half the step needed

and diff egg group have diff walk step for it to hatch.

im done some research..bcoz b4 this im onli care to get shiny pokemon..
only in this kalos region im interested in taking part in this IV breed pokemon.

so if im making some mistake in explaining this i hope PRO/the others can point it.

here the thing..ea pokemon have 6 diff stat..
HP/Att/def/sp att/sp def/spd

so for example:
ea pokemon at lvl 100.
if they hav IV 0 their HP stat will be 100(juz a random no)
and if tat same pokemon hav IV 31 their HP stat will hv 131  (so there is a 31 stat diff )
and to get know if ur pokemon hav perfect 31 IV or not
a)if it at lower lvl like LVL 1. u can go check it to IV npc in pokemon center in KIlaudo city.
b)if it at higher lvl..lvl 30 or lvl 50..u can just google and use IV calculator.

Not necessarily. Some ppl just breed those 6 IV and some 5 IV for bragging rights. Not all pokemons need 5 or even max 6 IVs.  Just look at your fave pokemon and check their base stats at serebii.net , see which stats they're specialized in.

Take Mega Gengar for example , its base stats are

HP60 ATK65 DEF80    S.ATK170  S.DEF95  SPD130
Since its 2 highest stats are S.Atk and Speed , you want to make sure both IV for those stats are perfect 31. Then you'll also want to perfect IV for HP, DEF and SDEF, every points count. But since Mega Gengar don't rely on Physical attacks, u can basically ignore the IV for it and go for 5 IV.
In most cases, getting 5 perfect IVs isn't that big of a deal. 25 IV vs 31 IV not even a huge difference except for SPEED. This is where IV matters most for fast pokemons. You want to make sure u have the max speed to go 1st in battle.

Checking your IVs

- The IV Checker can be found in the Kiloude City Pokemon Center. He tells you a ton of information about your pokemon, and understanding it all is essential to creating good pokemon.

- The first thing he tells you is the overall potential of your pokemon. This is simply a measure of all of your IVs added together and is not particularly helpful. "Outstanding" is the highest grade that isn't totally perfect.

- Next, he will tell you your best IV or IVs. All of the IVs he mentions here have the same value, and are higher than any of your other IVs.

- Next, he will tell you how good those stats are. If he says "Stats like that, they can't be beat", it means they are 31. So if he named HP, Attack, and Defense, then said they can't be beat, you have 3 perfect IVs.

- Finally, if you have any IVs that are 0, he will mention them at the end. Otherwise, the last part is the end of what he tells you.

- Go to the Pokemon Storage System afterwards and use the Marking System to mark the perfect IVs on your pokemon. This will be useful when breeding.
