QUOTE(DannyBoy. @ Nov 3 2013, 06:06 PM) Ok just want to make sure if u're using or not. If using i no need to type so much haha. So here is basically what u need : Thanks for the explanation. I didn't know fainted pokemon ability still work. Nice info 1. Pokemon with compound eye : Scatterbug or Butterfree ( CE increases the chance of finding a wild Pokemon with an equipped item. ) 2. 2nd pokemon with the Frisk ability that can learn Thief , like Pumpkaboo or Noibat. ( Frisk can help u identify what item a wild poke is holding ) 3. Put Scatterbug/Butterfree in your 1st slot but make sure it's fainted. ( 0 Health ) 4. So once u get into battle the Compound Eye ability will still work and you proceed to throw your 2nd pokemon out due to the 1st slot fainted. 5. Once the 2nd poke is out u can check whether Luvdisk is holding an item or not through Frisk ability. 6. If yes, Thief it, if no, escape. Rinse and Repeat. Copy pasting this to my desktop note |

Been doing rating battle at battlespot lately...and getting my @ss
kicked so hard. It's fun doing them. Learning new stuff and sometime made a silly mistakes coz never met a certain pokemon before. Problem is, every time I met mega kangaskhan, I'm dumbfounded. How the heck can I OHKO that thing? By the time this pokemon is dead, my team only left 1 pokemon...haish. Any season battler here could share their technique and strategy? |

QUOTE(RogerSerious @ Nov 8 2013, 03:24 PM) Hmm , Use a "Inner Focus" Pokemon to counter Fake out. Well, most mega kangaskhan I met have different set. One thing for sure is that power-up punch is a must have for every kangaskhan i met. I assume that Mega Kangaskhan will have some moves like Mud Slap , Power-Up Punch , Mega Punch , Fake Out. Hmm , maybe some fighting type sweeper will hit him hard. After two time power-up x2 , then start sweeping my team. Even my staller have tough time with him. Maybe I need to accept that I'm a noob haha |

QUOTE(gunbomb90 @ Nov 11 2013, 12:25 PM) Personally, I think there's no easy way. Of coz if you have shiny or legendary, some people might wanna trade it with 5IV or 6IV pokes. The best I could get is 4IV, after the experience, guess I am happy with 3IV pokes |

QUOTE(gunbomb90 @ Nov 11 2013, 04:10 PM) Lemme tell you what I did. I have bad stats whiscash (caught it off somewhere in the game). Lucky it's a female. So, to have better whiscash, I need to find a good daddy. Going for dragon dancing whiscash, I hunted gyaradoses in someone friend safari. Most of them have 2-3 perfect IV. To not waste time, I breed gyarados first. Still, after one whole day, I managed to get 4IV gyarados...only to be female. I didn't do ditto much cause I like to pass down egg moves that suprise opponent. So, I choose this route. Maybe other season breeder here can share their breeding story I mean story is much easier to understand sometimes than cold hard facts. |
