Socializing is an important part of being a good worker because by building good relationships with the people you work with, the working environment becomes much more bearable and better. I had plenty of ex-colleagues who have totally zero social skills as well as some of them who are totally asses. It hurts to see that because of their stupid attitudes that the morale of the entire department has been crumbled to mere dust causing about 10 people to leave.  |
