Broga hill is more on scenary, FRIM is more on jogging.

as far as i knew, my female kawan when stress...

makan, shopping, makan shopping....bulan akhir..dompet kosong. ajak pigi jogging....."eh..see how 1st lo.."...kalau ajak pigi K, OK no problem.

there is another type, watch K/HK drama for the whole weekend. Kalau drama habis, they will come & kacau u.

the only one way to release stress is to shout it out.

Well, shopping don't mean you need to buy anything. Normally my wife do so. I'm from Penang, so I can't advice you where to jog. blush.gif

When i stress either i go for a long walk, watching favourite funny tv show (friends,thebigbangtheory,runningman), or read some manga (although im now 25 years old, so sue me), I tried to release stress by shopping before, it's just make me stress even more by wasting a lot of money rclxub.gif
as a matter a fact kinda stress out right now! mad.gif

1. Shopping with GFs(Definitely!!!)
2. Exercise / Yoga / Kickboxing
3. Eat out at nice / romantic restaurant
4. Spa / Full Body Massage (Need strong Men for this blush.gif )
5. Watching movies (Comedy)
6. Go vacation
7. Go dating
8. Talk on the phone till hp battery die.. laugh.gif
