the other side jade hill gita bayu country height lexis home are for richer people.

you pay peanuts n you get peanuts in nedayu for example.

10% cost bcs it bought that so so location land very high
10% cost for free this ballon ride n that inviting who and who during launching ( u think it is free?)
10% cost again for the spam sms email newspaper advertisement bunting hiring art to do illustration etc etc etc
Increase 10% more so the govt the bank and the lawyer firm can earn more commission interest stamp duty.
increase 20% more to get higher % profir so that the lady boss can laugh all the way to bank.

Thats how price is SS2 price for so so location = 800k lo.

someone have to pay for it ma. U think free ka?
