Some high end bought recently dont think can make money right now

809k almost matching some reasonable subsales in pj.

809k hoping to sales 1mil upon vp? Can get valuation bo. Buyer can afford bo as 1ml add interest 980k become 2mil.

2008 economy very bad in usa/ europe wo.

2008/2009 is hard time for property ma selling 600k for link house wo.

That time many land ma. Even mkh selling 350k

now so hard to get landed. So th should bbb mode ma. Why soft launch so si beh slow?

ht also got 3 phase with qv. First ht is nov 2009 wo.

gt no option. Ht got option sales ma.

the other one is my kid cycle near our 3rd lake inside jh.

we have 6 lakes.

the biggest one is 11 arce size lake
