Hope mostly buy for own stay. At that price tag and the concept, I guess many buy for own stay.

Same here. Awaiting my lawyer to response to me. I do not understand why the delay can relate to Developer?

I think have to change job already. Been working in a company where there's a row of big HTC behind the office, which is less than 100m away.

Btw, I didn't know RM1k can book this RM1m house.
