So far still no one here mentioned buy for investment. Perhaps most buyer buy because they like the place and wanna stay in there. Rather buy now with lower entry than buying it more expensive 2 years later.

Back to project discussion, will those proposed road construction take place now and ready in 2 years?

750K+ landed in a township still not at affordable range for majority of people. Most buyer bought for own stay looking at the potential. In fact, the more BBB mode in a project can means more investors bought for flipping.
