This seem really interesting. 199 acres, doubled Metropark land size, definitely there will be medical hub and lots more in there, tropicana mall 3
 . Reputable developer indeed. All residential solely landed or mix mix? |

When is official preview or soft launch? Wait till neck long long already.
Any confirm news of residential type in phase 1 and the indication price? Bro/Sis who got any insider news please be kind enough to share with us...... Thank you. |

I heard that there's a plot of land near Nadayu that is a reserved land for cemetery... is that true? Just concerned because this project is next to Nadayu.
