RM739,888 was b4 the 5% discount & early bird RM8k discount? Increased RM80k along the way?

Same thing I heard from Sierra 16 where the initial plan is to build 3 story super link with indicative price of 1.5 mil above but with the consideration of market condition right now, they have changed their plan to replace some with double story.

the RM739 was for the first row only facing the Main Road and considered not so ideal location for ppl who wanted privacy.

But sold out even before launching.

This Tropicana Heights Kajang is very quiet as compare to Tropicana Metropark Subang.

need to call up the loan agent next week for the setup of the current/flexi loan account status..
since dateline is aug 1, agent advise not to pay so early as then interest will run..
2 weeks buffer should be safe gua...

extra land got 822K / 833K / 844k unit onwards something like that
