The current launch is the only Terrace houses in TH.. once 289 unit habis, no more terrace..

Future launch are bungalow, Semi-D and Condos..

cheaper once maybe condo..

although I am not sure how is the latest sales chart (only know row-3 and row-4 habis kering kering), 3-storey and 2-storey with larger compound or corner unit are harder to move as pricing is 900k. 2 storey corner afaik is 1.1mil.. these types should be plenty to choose.. those that cant wait for Semi-D can take a look at corner units..

standard type-A and type-B 2 storey intermediate units should be sold out in no time.. its all about branding.. nod.gif

Everyone also can call.. but what makes you to have higher chance to get a drop out unit?.. I guess building good relationship with SA pretty important.. (not asking u to do under table things)..

Definitely waiting list already exist... by the time u call already too late..
