MyTown is the mall beside Ikea Cheras(think the Ikano of Cheras). It's another 1 million ish NLA mall so stay tuned to the 3 new malls to complement the existing Aeon + Aeon Big.

But the new hexagon floor tiles got poor workmanship, uneven gaps

first 4 hours is rm1
every next hour is rm1
max daily is rm12

I got feedback from my cheras friend and others youngster that velocity is very dull and not nice to shop
They rather prefer to drive to mid Valley / one Utama to do their shopping
It makes me worry that whether this mall can sustain in Long run or its just another putra mall in making since cheras people are not even supporting their regional mall :~

Go noodles franchise fees was 300k, now might increased due to it's making money like gooses that lay golden eggs.
