Last week, it was only sold for existing customer. Start from today, it sells to public. Anyone go to their sales gallery?

I have visited their gallery before, but that time only sells for existing customer.
They offer 10% discount + DIBS. About RM 1000-1100 psf after 10% discount.

Any sifus can comment whether this property worth buying for investment or not??

Eventually, 99% of threads in this forum has some form of advertising. But as long as it is limited and do not solicit clients from here with phone numbers, then I think it should be fine.

I can't believe the Mod says a thread that was started few years back is now being closed due to "advertising intentions" in the first posting. Action was not taken that time, but only now.

As far as I know most of the threads here especially the hundreds set up by agents have 100% more personal advertising content than me.
