Booked an unit Liao. Pending loan!
Paid 27k booking. If loan success, rebate a special 20k early bird discount. Wish me luck! Tomolo is last day for 20k early bird rebate. As when I left the sales gallery, around 40% booked. I reckon price will go up to rm1400 when MRT ready. Just my opinion... |

Rm0.40 per sq ft. Cover almost all S&P expenses. Today is last day for special 20k rebate. Go visit sales gallery now.
