another catalist, the HSR to SG and circle line....from the map, looks like circlle line will interchange at Maluri station ?? which subsequently interchange at bandar malaysia to SG ?

Go for AMAYA KL just opposite..behind JUSCO, nearer to MRT Maluri and IKEA just around the corner..price only abt 700per sqft...about 650k for 920sqft....the only drawback is it is leasehold only...location wise almost the same..i discover this when i went over that side last month.

better buy Maluri Cochrane this area comapre to i city side...
another catalist is SGKL HSR and also Circle line...the earlier going to have link in cochrane and maluri station(the letter)..no other area in KL have so much boost ...! from government..another one is bandar Malaysia..this area is near by as well...just google n c

Maluri Cohcrane area is at beginning of Cheras...they intersac with bktbintang jalan tun razak..
Cheras area yes, super ONG now...MRT1..MRT2..CIRCLE LINE..HSR...the earlier two line directly benefit..later 2 line indirectly benefit cheras...
dont forget, bandar malaysia and pudu jail bukit bintang city center at PUDU...all this is at intersac with KL city center and Cheras..

yes..MALTON is branded developer, Pavillion developer and owner as well. so far i did not heard of bad workman ship for Amaya KL..probably need to view the actual unit...so far quite good..

rm700+ psf still practical compare with Velocity 1100+ psf...almost by half..does the freehold & partfurnihsed worth that much of premium ?

Where is the exact location of IKEA and IKIANO mall ? mind to share via map ?
i m doubt SV is nearer to IKEA compare to AMAYA though...
rental yield wise, how is the prospect of SV at entry point of RM 1k+ psf? need to rent 3-4kpermonth..?

IKEA+IKIANO suppose to sit on which piece of land ?
i get this pieceo of map ealier as well. just doubt where will be the IKEA and the cochranne MRT only..

But there are chances those run down house will be existing there..did not see any clearing work either.
stay unchange at current status bad impact the image and value here.....when velocity VP in 2015...likelyhood those housing still here...

I wonder which part of PJ is luxury ? exept that part at bukit damansara & Bandar utama only..
Maluri Cheras area property price wise, should be around sunway level..
In PJ, no new mall also...SS2 mall ? like ghost complex...

i have live in Damansara/PJ and CHeras area...
still cant find where are the so call luxury shopping center in PJ ?
PJ so far dont hav sizeble shopping center, set aside the BU shopping center.....another comparable is sunway pyramid..
