I heard Taman maluri cheRAS will move into velocity, who can confirm? What else tenants available in velocity?

Hmm, not cheap ar. They keep increasing the price bit by bit, really confident. Think after the opening of mall, other amenities and MRT coming to operation the area will be enhanced.

There's a possibility they might shift to Velocity, then their former land they develop themselves or sell to other developers.

i just went Aeon Maluri 2 weeks ago and i saw the supermarket area is packed with people.. the queue was long for each counters.. most of F&B were also packed except for madam lim.. upper floor shops seems quiet with several shops closed down recently.

i do agree that is building is very old and in dire need of refurbishment..but i dont think they will close down their HQ and move into velocity

shopping experience. maybe those days during Jusco time, economy was great, plenty of discounts and sales, no-expiry date vouchers, great items to redeem points, etc etc.

Now in Aeon, they seems to cut here and there. Vouchers got short expiry, seldom sales, very kedekut one nowdays.

But the crowd is still the same. Maybe they just don't bother.
