potential circle line stop in Maluri or cochranne station...this can link to HSR to singapore in 10years time...potential for AMAYA Maluri ! couple with JUSCO maluri mall extension potential..

to be safe...looking for new landed freehold property ie in Cheras witin 20km from city center is the safest bet..sure double in 5years.

I will prefer opposite side ie BTHO or Damai Perdana...having SUKE / MRT 2 / MRT 1 etc...florsih of infra and access road..
