QUOTE(alien9 @ Nov 6 2013, 12:58 PM) Are you sure that you are on calorie deficit this time? It doesn't matter the amount of cooked home meal you had per day, how many time a week you've trained, how many HIIT session you've done or what kind of strength training it is, or what kind of supplement stacks you had. The question is "are you sure you have the correct calorie intake to achieve your goal?". Yes as previously I calculated,I just consume 1500 kjcal per day. Calculation shows I will burn 1kg of fat per week. What I doubt is my training and my hormone. I'm nt lazy to hit the gym..5 days a week..weight training for 1 hour end up with 15 minutes of HIIT. HIIT I just add recently in my training.

QUOTE(GameFr3ak @ Nov 7 2013, 11:34 AM) Are you cutting or bulking? What is your goal? 1500 calories per day? That's lower than my maintenance man. I sit there do nothing and I burn 1500. If you have only 1500 calories per day coupled with heavy weight training and HIIT, imagine how much deficit you're on. Dat some crazy deficit. Why are you avoiding fat? Why are you avoiding the nutrients that egg yolk offers? Don't change your diet rapidly. Eat the same diet that you usually have and gauge from there by slowly decreasing some amount of food. By the way I see your diet, you're trying to reach anorexic state. That's my problem, even u also mentioning this is crazy deficit,bt yet I found no changes..my main goal is fat loss, and try to maintain muscles.as I mention earlier ,my bf is 35%. I tried fat burner, yet no changes.need some advices from you guys
