2 years? There's a guy in the progress thread who lost A LOT of them fat in 8 days. I wouldn't call it healthy or what not but he's basically eating clean food (boiled chicken breasts with some veges) the whole day. Again, in just 8 days. He prolly lost lotsa mass right there but it works too if you control your deficit to about 20% and keep your protein intake high.My diet was ok,with one cheat meal per week,supplement yes I took whey protein.
