I rather buy some cheap but decent one and change out regularly as the do get dirty and beaten up after a while. |

I think that the 3 fold Smart Cover is outdated and I will not buy them anymore personally. This because it offers 2 positions only i.e. Landscape for typing and landscape upright. It tips over very easily too in upright position even for the original Apple Smart Cover. Some more there is no portrait mode.
There is a lot of Smart Cover now that offers both portrait and landscape mode with multiple angle. They have really outsmart those originally design by Apple.
What do you all think?

I got my Hotgo case last week. It's very good case. Very good quality. Front cover material is very good. Good thing is the inside of the cover is also tpu so it will not get dirty easily. The back case is very solid too but not too thick. Magnet is strong. Very good multi landscape position and very stable. See the pictures I post earlier . Portrait position only @45deg angle but can tip over easily if pushed. Weight is a not really heavy but it's very light either.   You can see more pictures of this Hotgo case in the link here. I saw from the Hotgo official website that Hotgo is actually from Hong Kong. The website is Hotgo.hkGood news for iPad mini owners. The website have the M1 for the iPad mini. |

I saw my friend ipad using Moshi. I think Hotgo just as good or better but half the price. just my opinion.
