if looking around this forum, there were numerous complaints about them regarding their bad after sales service.

Actually, the reason why u see a lot of bad reviews on machines is because they have a lot of customers... imagine, if u see maybe 10 bad reviews, maybe they customers they served is more than 1000. So 10 /1000 is like 1% only. And worse, ppl would complain rather than compliment. Or maybe, they see so many ppl buy the devices and they cannot buy? so sad lo... therefore customer service also bad..

there can be thousand of reasons... but in the end, most of us rather go there and buy than buying a fake unit...

aww, hard to find casing for ipad air.. i went to machine, saw this speck one.. but abit heavy and not use magnetic cover, so much hassle.. i like moshi cover becos can do potrait stand to use for book reading..

How to know which one is good quality but in reasonable price??

I saw one shop selling t-glass but the screen is flexible not rigid. Price rm50. Not sure whether good or not.
