Send back for repair cost few hundred .... , don't get angry la you might be the one in a million who's so bad luck kena the weak point of the screen . i drop mine at the 1st week with my tempered glass , the tempered glass cracked also but lucky not my screen .
Hmm if you notice you have purple tint , normally the picture you shoot will look like abit like clay colour    . if you did a replacement the picture will be totally different when you look at it  , maybe just me i had a serious purple tint  .

First Time claim just bring phone and bill back to The store that you bought it .  They will do the rest. retain a claim sheet that they will give you if they ever forget you . (you make noise , they will never forget you, no need claim sheet also can take phone after 4 weeks) only IC .

If buy within 24 hours. Then they will 1 to 1 exchange for you. I saw one guy at Senq last night. Bought the day before. The sales rep say give him 1-1 exchange BUT I saw 4 sets open box on the table , why four open sets you ask? Because they open 4 sets the camera also purple tint. 

If you send direct to Berjaya Times Square & they screw up so bad that they have to give you new set, then whatever
IMEI on that set will not be in Senq's database, and you will have to deal with Berjaya Times Square from then on because SenQ will disavow the phone since it is not the same IMEI as the one they sold to you.

Crack glass not a warranty problem , unless you buy the extended warranty from SenQ. That covers the LCD.

Now Christmas holidays , HTC parts shortage at SC , you claim now also wait till CNY take lah.

No Extended warranty need to pay RM165 to get. The standard 1+1 is for Manufacturer defects only.

Not sure. but most likely Open to when you 1st buy the phone only. SenQ is not Dell.

You may:

1) don't claim for camera repair first but seek repair for yr screen (sure u have to paid for this). Once screen repair ok then send in for claim camera.

OR
2) try negotiate with them. If they not accept then filing to tribunal consumer claim department. Of course if loss the case then u have to pay for both repair lo

actually u still got chance to fight yr case in tribunal consumer claim as now a lot info from internet can prove that HTC One camera part has purple tinted issue. Crack on screen is front of phone but camera is on the back. If fight to court then HTC have to prove how crack screen will make camera become purple tinted....

For my case I already copy and save a lot of data from  internet. U also can do the search. Sure it will help u.

Ask them explain to you in writing why LCD crack = void camera warranty.

You change tyre on your car, tyre explode, does it void engine warranty?

With that letter, file tribunal When meet judge, say it is well known that HTC One camera is faulty, you are not the only one, no reason to deny you warranty unless they can prove LCD crack caused the camera to be faulty.

In the end = you win.

EDIT: and demand for a replacement HTC One while they "fix", say it is also well known HTC takes upwards of 4 weeks to fix, and also demand that you be refunded in full for the purchase price if they are unable to fix the camera.

Apparently operators and technician cannot communicate with each other, all through "system". It's ridiculous.
