Hmm if you notice you have purple tint , normally the picture you shoot will look like abit like clay colour  laugh.gif  . if you did a replacement the picture will be totally different when you look at it  tongue.gif , maybe just me i had a serious purple tint  laugh.gif .

yup,so just directly send to senQ rite?coz i bought there,,and 1 more thing,the purplish issue on low light also happen on my phone,for this case ,can we use warranty for repair?

and one more question,should i send directly to service centre at BTS? or just send to SenQ one utama? even i buy with senQ,doesnt mean i cannot send directly to SC rite?

First Time claim just bring phone and bill back to The store that you bought it .  They will do the rest. retain a claim sheet that they will give you if they ever forget you . (you make noise , they will never forget you, no need claim sheet also can take phone after 4 weeks) only IC .

If you send direct to Berjaya Times Square & they screw up so bad that they have to give you new set, then whatever
IMEI on that set will not be in Senq's database, and you will have to deal with Berjaya Times Square from then on because SenQ will disavow the phone since it is not the same IMEI as the one they sold to you.

hey guys,wanna ask u sumting,is it true when we broke down our screen,it will void all the waranty? my problem is,i wanna claim waranty on my camera,buy they said i cant because i broke down my screen,actually my camera problem is not cause by the broken screen,it is the purplish issue that i got since i update sofware

actually u still got chance to fight yr case in tribunal consumer claim as now a lot info from internet can prove that HTC One camera part has purple tinted issue. Crack on screen is front of phone but camera is on the back. If fight to court then HTC have to prove how crack screen will make camera become purple tinted....

For my case I already copy and save a lot of data from  internet. U also can do the search. Sure it will help u.

With that letter, file tribunal smile.gif When meet judge, say it is well known that HTC One camera is faulty, you are not the only one, no reason to deny you warranty unless they can prove LCD crack caused the camera to be faulty.

In the end = you win.

EDIT: and demand for a replacement HTC One while they "fix", say it is also well known HTC takes upwards of 4 weeks to fix, and also demand that you be refunded in full for the purchase price if they are unable to fix the camera.

the first operator keep telling me my waranty void due my crack lcd and i insist ask them why,but they dun explain much.on second operator,this time he understand my question about why the camera warranty void and he said he is going to bring this case to their respective department.

i ask them to give me an email explain about this camera void thingy,but he cannot sure whether he can get or not,now the waiting game is ON hahahaha.

and one more thing i concern is,my LCD actually working on,just the glass crack,and when i looked at internet,it says we can also can change the glass only,but when i told that HTC guy,he said,we must replace one set,LCD+glass.sound fishy hmmmm
