I would go with option 4 or 5.

Seems like you are in hurry to get a new phone, even if you are not the type that change every now and then, HTC One technology can last you for at least 2 years as the performance is already pretty decent.

Unless you can wait, HTC M8 which rumored to be the successor of HTC One should be release in April/May 2014.
Other than that, you can just buy anything you think is decent enough for you right now.

HTC One dual Sim is basically a trend started from China, people in China loves dual Sim, HTC decided to offer the dual Sim type to other country recently, well, it have almost the same spec with removable backcover and expandable sim slot, however, it have non-removable battery. and yeah, it doesn't support LTE, for both Sim slot.

If you are chinese, you can refer the review from ZEALER China HTC One review as they have comparison with regular HTC One and dual sim.

yeah, planned to use this phone for around 3 years from now.
about my decision of getting a brand new phone, and wait till next year august when im back in malaysia, only i head to HTC Service centre to change the camera sensor ( if im in badluck and got a bad sensor ) under warranty...

other phone doesnt appeal me much, like the LG G2, specs are good.. but design wise and interface is a nono to me even note 3 and iPon5 

get a basic phone, and wait for HTC M8. HTC might as well improve their UP's technology by then, not to mention a brand new processor S800 ? or S1000 ?

camera's amazing (especially in low light) if you leave out the pint tint issue.
besides, it has one heck of an awesome mic for recording videos.

Its good if you dont mind, but dont you think its ridculous to pay RM2k for these kind of problems ? Im not hating HTC, in fact, im impressed with their night shots capabilities. I just wish they improvise and fights back other big companies :/

They have to do it that way, or they have to spend more money in manufacturing, and thats gonna increase the end products' cost,  which will affects us the consumers

If i were you, id wait till HTC restock its camera modules. At least you dont have to wait for the modules if your device's camera has problem

Dont know about that. Even now i see people have problems with claiming warranty. Just imagine how are you going to send your device for warranty next year

Don't neglect the pink spot problem too. Few of us has replaced the camera with the batch 2013-09-25. all having pink spot problem in low light environment.
