Mine was supposed to be picked up today oso..but till now havent come..called htc call centre and they said if today didnt collect then will collect 2moro..frustrated by their service..

Connect it again, in usb setting select none. Debbuging mode allow it. Try it. Hope it work

My experience : They say will arrive at tomorrow but when at tomorrow, the courier didn't pick up my phone, then they say will pick up at tomorrow again. and finally arrived

sent ma phone on 4/11 to bts sc .. still waiting for the message from them ... waiting ... waitttiiingggggggggggg

we're in the same boat. I also sent my phone on 4/11 and still waiting. If lucky maybe can get back by this week
