I'm so sad right now.        My One being infected by the purple hue and getting worse after updated to 4.3. I'm live in Kelantan, so I went to shop which I buy my One from. But my receipt missing, and I still have my warranty card. But that owner didn't give me chance to claim and the only way to send it to KL. But so far from here      So I'm stuck.

after few months of using 4.3, finally GPE 4.4 rom is out

for me i bought the HTC one mainly because i can flash into GPE rom, cause of the simplicity, fast and better battery life  simply cannot accept sense interface, may be because last time i was using those light weight custom rom which feature stock google launcher or apex launcher etc.

i dont know about sense, got my phone about 10 minutes and flashed to GPE rom
but my phone battery life ranging from 10 hours + standby to 17 hours
SOT about minimum 4 hours to 5 hours maximum on Wifi and Data mixed most of the time
if games about 3 to 3 and half hours

void warranty if they detected your device in "TAMPERED" "UNLOCKED" or "RELOCKED" condition.
but even if your phone with latest HBOOT now, u can still reset back to stock condition which is "LOCKED"

hi, im a HTC supporter, super interested in HTC ONE... my Sensation XE screen cracked already, so in need of a new phone.

these are my few options ( im studying in India, going back next year august ) :

1 ) Get a brand new HTC ONE from msia
2 ) Get a 2nd hand HTC ONE ( rm1.7 or less, 64GB ) Owner claimed that he alr sent it for repair and replaced the camera.. now no more purple tint.. ( 6 month used ) like new.
3 ) Get a HTC ONE Dual Sim from India rm2.25

get a nub phone and wait :
4 ) Wait for Butterfly v3 ( Jan )
5 ) Wait for HTC ONE v2

My original HTC One has no gap issue, after they returned to me 2nd time, they created gap issue to my HO. Even worse than yours. So good luck!

I tell you why HTC service is suck.

1. They keep collecting your phone even they don't have spare part. End up you don't have phone to use for few weeks.
2. They never test properly or do proper QA after repair. That's why your phone may come back with funny funny problem.
3. And when the time they deliver back to you, they never inform you or ask you if you have any think want to understand or check. They just straight ask the courier send back to you. Don't be surprise when you called HTC Operator and they told you still under assessment, but then you receive call from courier next day. So you have no way to ensure they really fix the problem you asked.

That's why end up I have to send them 3rd times.

I just hope they will fix my gap is good enough. Bad luck to have HTC One this time.

almost 2 weeks not yet finished repair

After a hard days work going between TTPM and SenQ 2 times each.
this is the outcome. Settled only when they see the form I filed.

Bought 26 may 2013. They can do a refund if you give them a good reason. In my case a yellow and pink form from Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.

SenQ WILL pay you back, Tribunal Court will take care of that. Tribunal court is a REAL court, not play play. Why do you care what happens to HTC, as long as you get your cash back, thats what's important right?

I got my cash back already. Every single cent of it.

Mine stucked more than three weeks. Before I send, they said will complete the repair very fast for me. I called today, they said repair done yesterday. But send back to me next Monday. So, one month in total.

Two days...haha. Fairy tales.

Once get the money back with file tribunal, will buy this phone

I have captured the pink spot photos and video in the photo gallery. I attached the note with my phone: explain to the problem and my expectation  is to fix the pink spot with replace the camera module.

Within 1 month, they never call me, never interact with customer, do whatever they like .. and fix whatever they like and then courier back to me.

They never asked "Mr customer, we have fixed a,b,c. unfortunately we couldnt fix x,y,z. Are you ok? If yes, we will deliver back to you." Never, they never ask and dont care about our expectation.

3rd time I have sent. You tell them the problem, they tried to fix.. something cannot fix ... they do funny thing and then throw back to you. They NEVER NEVER interact with customer. This kind of service, HTC Bye Bye.
