Let the OS settle bro. First time upgrading OS? Even Blackberry or Samsung when you load a NEW OS it takes time to settle... around 4 days to 1 week. Meanwhile your battery will drain faster.

get SIS set. And when he passes you a new box.. Check the box is sealed with SIS seal or not... if not then dont accept it. A lot of fooling people out thr.. Be careful. Tell him you'd only accept set without purple tint issue.

I think HTC one doesnt comes in Zitron :S... thr is only SIS and brightstar for HTC one. Something really is fishy.

I wanna ask other people around here... or you can just google htc one zitron malaysia. Thr is just ONE guy asking htc malaysia the question whether htc one zitron is ori or not lol. So in my experience he suree fool you with an AP set which has his own warranty. Probably put the zitron sticker by himself. You better ask for a sis replacement set. And out of box purple tint kinda weird as the purple tint issue only comes after the htc one is heated up n then it stays... and it only heats up after watching a lot of videos or playing games.

hmm. Bro you need to bargain around in the shops thr too. thr a lot of mobile shops thr. You can even ask them to bring the box first or say u will deny the phone if the box is not sealed packed. When i bought htc one red. Market price was around 2100 for htc one red but demand was so high that i cudnt get it cheaper than 2000RM I tried a lot of shops for price.

Yes just go to him and say I asked many htc one user... If he still argues abt zitron. Just say that you said him it will be either brightstar or SIS and now I want SIS and my other friends all have SIS set. And make sure box is sealed.

made in China and made in Taiwan is thr too.. usually Black htc ones in Malaysia are made in Taiwan so make sure about that too.

SC means service center. So they didn't replace for you? Bro ur set is NEW less than 14 days old you can get 1 to 1 exchange from HTC MY. So if they didn't change to SIS then you tell them you want a replacement set without ANY issues. I think you gotta get pissed... if not things wont work out. I tell you HTC malaysia SC very lousy.. they just like eating food all the time. Even when I went to send in my phone for 1 to 1, the lady thr was eating in front of me LOL. No professionalism!

any quote of prices from new member are useless. You can ask diredtd or any other WELL known seller for htc one and S4 price. In short S4 is cheaper than HTC one.. So if you're looking to trade in S4 for HTC one, you will have to top up a bit. Unless you want to swap a faulty unit of HTC one with S4.
Just stating obvious facts, not being biased

For the love of God. A lot of people including me have repeated this so many times. When you upgrade or downgrade to any new or old OS. It needs TIME to SETTLE on the DEVICE. TIME around 4 to 7 days. MEANWHILE the battery will drain fast as it is settling. So hold your horses and have some patience.

It's called 'google.com' that is where I learned this from. Also I use to make Blackberry hybrid OS for me 9900. I've done a lot of R & D to figure this out. It's not only on android. A lot of 'smartphone' OS need sometime to settle on their device. If you wanna know in depth why this happens then google is your friend.

Also I experienced fast battery drain after the update too! especially for first 2 to 3 days.. now it is exactly like how it was on 4.2.2
