The Batman one looks really nice, much better than James Bond series.

The GT-R, 1:8, but build in 24 months means 24pound x 24 = ????

Helicopter Magazine on sale soon........
http://helicopter-magazine.com/mal/

On first guess is the issue 1 still RM9.90 for the price,
and be Black Hawk for it. After that ... see the picture below.
And yes, after issue 3 all is RM29.90~~ thumbup.gif

Unfortnately I am based in the UK and this release appears to be in the Far East. I was interested if anyone else has seen it? I am interested in the watches rather than the magazine itself

ur pretty much paying for the watch, the magazine & box are free.

i'm not in KL right now so can't check it out.

Singapore probably has it but with the conversion it'd be more expensive.

Understand I will get the magazine, but I can't read whatever language this is (excuse my ignorance). The watches look quite interesting and would like to try and subscribe to this alongside the EagleMoss Military Watch collection. I have been onto the Japanese Hachette site and they do not have this partwork on there. Think I will have to give up trying to subscribe if I cannot find anymore information about it

Kinokuniya is my favourite bookstore never knew some folks in Singapore had done a blog about it, saves me alot of time to actually go there to check what they have lol.

btw i'm not sure if Kinokuniya do mail services, is there no Kinokuniya boostore in Europe? I know they have it in US & Australia.

Good news is Kinokuniya Singapore accepts international orders:

http://www.kinokuniya.com/sg/index.php/fgu001

And if they don't have it instock you can special request them to place an order for you (inc postage from source so ordering multiple items from same source cuts the postage down abit).

But their price is usually 20% more than Japanese retail, with 20% off sticker with another purchase it's closer to japanese retail price. if you plan to buy more Japanese books in future you should apply a membership card it's quite worth it.

For the collector who really need the collection model and partworks so bad that haven't come for sale on Malaysia and Singapore.
My point is you can try to check the collection model's official website and try subscribe by oversea.
But doing this, it may charge by "Customs fee" mostly and the Postage fee will be expensive.
Still can have a try for luck and chances.
And also can try on ebay and TaoBao searching and buy if you don't mind.
That all for the propose but any situation responsible by yourself, thanks and Good Luck.

i really hope they'll also come out with all tv/ movie series vehicles.

instead of just one series like james bond or batman.

like for example a-team van, back to the future, air-wolf, macgyver, viper etc.

at least there'll be more choices.

there so many nice tv/movie vechicles from 1970s until now.

yeah i agree with you... this is the best magazine... a lot of people are buying this models aircraft in ebay...
the detail are awesome.. you also can atacth or reatach the landing gear and weapon...
same like the 1/144 cafereo model... the very best plane in this magazine is the su-35 with special colour and limited.

OK, back to model collection and partworks.
Actually DeAgostini did release the title collection like below:

Build Ferrari Enzo (1/10 scale)
Cuz is was old partworks collection so didn't have official site.
But can watch others collector finished build video.
If it available at MY & SG, sure many die-cast and ferrari fans will get it.

From Fighter Aircraft & Combat Tanks Collection fan page information.
Thanks to Fighter Aircraft & Combat Tanks Collection. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Fighter Aircraft & Combat Tanks Collection information of Giant Warplane Collection link below:
https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?stor...332254133531729

----------------------------------------------

For what I think is Rm34.90 + GST is too much...
Cuz is Amercom production again, seen the Fighters and the Helis not so good qulity,
in that price is little bit over... and the size only 1/144 & 1/200 scale...
Anyway juz my opinion, may be if will collect will be selected collect some,
or won't collect it...

Anyone want to see more detail on this collection juz go to link below for first look:

So magazine price up is normal. But we need to think twice before buying start from now on.

hahaha... not blaming allscript la. but you're right, our ringgit is very weak so in terms of real earnings, we may be drawing the same salary but the value/purchasing power of every ringgit has depreciated substantially. going by allscript's pricing, the value of the ringgit has dropped by at least 10% as the increase of rm5 is approximately 16%, i.e. 10% cost increase (RM3) + 6% gst on new price (RM2). sorry... i speculate only. not an economist.

Our normal before price up is RM29.90...
RM7 increasing...

OK, fast reply from AllScript Ambika.

So the Giant Warplane Collection will be arrived somewhere between June – August 2015.
About the pricing is like this, issue #3 onwards is RM34.90, Issue #1 is RM9.90 and issue #2 is RM19.90
The price is including GST.
About others still continue magazine collections they have not decided anything yet.

That all, hope won't confuse everyone. And sorry my bad for last time wrong calculate info. notworthy.gif

now that the giant warplane series is set to hit our bookstores soon, i really hope this will also make it to our shores someday... translated into english, of course. they're all in 72 scale so it'll be amazing... especially if they're priced at rm49.90!

News from FB Fighter Aircraft & Combat Tanks Collection:

For 2016, they (AllScript) are planning to bring two (2) Ferrari Collections into Malaysia (& maybe SG too).
Will come in two scales, tiny ones as per photo and medium-scale ones maybe the same size as JBCC models.
Good news for Ferrari aficionados indeed.

really potong stim.

i hope they bring in the 1/43 series...like some collector here remark "more detailing" brows.gif

i don't think they should bring in the 1/64...why clash when both are the same cars?

Hi Guys!
I went to Allscript Malaysia this evening:
1. For HM subscribers, there will be 7 extra issues, from #41 to #47 with #47 Heli only, no mag. But none of these have arrived yet in Malaysia HQ. Maybe next week we will get those #41 to #44 first, followed by the rest.
2. GWC issue #13 to #17 have arrived at the warehouse, but not ready for sale yet as of today. So those who r planning to go, I'd advise to wait a few more days so that u can get 'em all in one trip (#10 to #17).
3. Those tiny Ferraris will be sold in boxes of small packets, no magazine, with 18 packets per box. U won't know what Ferrari models are in those packets until u open them.
4. As for bigger scale Ferrari Collection, nothing is concrete yet. They may or may not bring them in next year.
5. Great British Locomotive Collection regular issue will be sold at RM39.90, not RM34.90 like current GWC. Reason: Forex (weak currency).
tq

Blind box ferrari? Unless it's cheaper than rm30 with good quality, i wouldn't buy. Better to buy kyosho, around rm30.

Actually there are 3 different or more Ferrari collection in 1/43 scale.
But the problem is none of them are origin in English version, all are euro languages....
Hope it will translated and product smoothly and send to MY & SG.

lolx....actually i think they should've capitalised on the sw:tfa and brought in the sw spacecraft series. this ferrari racing i will pass. prefer the production series rather than racing... but if rm59.90, i think no. rather pay a bit more for better models.

we star wars fan been pleading them to bring in the de agostini build the m. falcon since years ago! I was thee very first notified them, was told their boss not bringing in. for their full benefits of doubt, perhaps could be due to licensing issues. I actually contacted de agostini h.kong too, they just cannot sell them to Malaysia too, and btw the hkong's version is in Chinese instead of English, means the fans there really made that happen to customise the English into Chinese for themselves! I met a sales manager there too, told him about this, he seemed don't know about it, strange.. is been selling overwhelmingly in many parts of the world: uk, japan, and recently taiwan and hkong.

i vote for the above.

i really REALLY hope allscript will be bringing in the batman and ferrari road car series brows.gif

those are not only nice items but i'm sure will be selling like hot cakes as many are looking for those series.

a bit disappointed that allscript choose to bring in not so popular models...they cannot sell and wasting warehouse places to store those unsold items.

and if bring in the batman and ferrari series...please keep the price affordable.

thanks strikemac for bringing in the poll.

please let allscript know what our local fans want thumbup.gif

After checking AllScript website... I found this...

http://www.allscript.com/magazines/C0019/3...-car-collection

It mean actually they did import, but need some subscribers support I think.

Ferrari Racing Car Collection
1:43 scale
Issue 1 is available at a special price of RM 12.90/SG$ 4.90(inclusive of GST)
Issue 2 at a discounted price of only RM 24.90/SG$9.90 (inclusive of GST)

So so so... anyone really want it and can't wait for retail bookstore,
can have a try to be subscriber. Here we go. hmm.gif

___________________________________________________________

So our poll vote should be .......

Ferrari Racing Collection (Centauria / Fabbri) = +2 <---- Start for Subscription

Better is most popular appear.

Another BIG NEWS! BIG IMPACT! from Amercom, all Warship fans need to check this up.
I hope AllScript should import this one from Amercom, seen Amercom always make their collection real cheap,
and look like dump collection in other countries. tongue.gif
Anyway we better wait for this version, not need to wait the Japan version to translate. biggrin.gif

Yup, if this collection import to local is better than nothing.
Even Amercom Warship 1/1000 scale bigger than Eaglemoss Warship 1/1100 scale,
but seriously Eaglemoss is winner at the model final detailing....
This Amercom collection nearly same like their Locomotive collection... sweat.gif
But whole model detail is a "Pass" anyway.

Ok, I know most of you will say I better stick with HengLong tank for sure,
but for tank fans this is for eyes candy only, cuz in russia language n was a partworks... sweat.gif
The good is I see this tank is quite detailing, cuz Russian know their own tank best.
And this is not BB bullet shooting tank, using laser infrared like "VsTank".
And it can be use Wifi Smart Phone control not only the transmitter.
Anyway juz for look, enjoy. Hahahaha~ tongue.gif

I search online, got 2 version, is it the same ?

Version 1 with 70 cars
1 http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/IXO-DE-AGOSTINI-...16028027/g.html
2 http://forums.biante.com.au/showthread.php...-Car-Collection

Version 2 with 120 cars
1 https://www.deagostini.sg/rcl/
2 https://www.pansingmag.com.sg/index.php/ral...collection.html

Is this 2 version come from same manufacturer ? The version 2 seem just launch in Singapore, is it they re-producing with extra car from version 1 70 cars become 120 cars in latest version 2 ? Worth to collect ?

I saw it in 711 singapore, but the price after convert to RM is too expensive ~~~ sad.gif

Hi Bro, thanks for the info. So they are just re-release with extra model right ?

Now Rm vs SGD is so so so low..... 1 SGD = Rm 3.15.

If collect all 120 with 6 bidder = RM7766.00. I will go bankruptcy, hahaha. Hope allscript or others Malaysia company will bring it in.

U r welcome.
Ya... RM is too weak for it...
But actually why this collection is expensive is because the quality for sure,
even it juz a magazine model collection, it come with nice packaging.
And the model is good quality that why it costs...
About the re-release, I think it because more new IXO rally models coming,
so it add-on more. sweat.gif

BTW, DeAgostini juz come in to Singapore and Malaysia and have official site too.

Taiwan 499 = RM72.13
Hong kong 119 = RM68.10

Hope they will not direct convert the currency and publish at Malaysia, or else really will cost a bomb.

But base on another product by them, the Robot Robi, Singapore sell at $28.90 which is RM91.22, while Malaysia only sell at RM74.90, is cheaper about 18% then Singapore.

Hope they will do the same for Rally car collection. I hope the price will be at around RM39.90 or even less.

They do it that way, don't know why... sweat.gif
If at 1/16 or 1/18 scale should be interesting. hmm.gif

*Edit:
BTW "Walking Dead" & "Game of Thrones" collectibles also in 1/21 scale.
I think that is normal scale for them to collect... sweat.gif
Only "Marvel Movie" figurines was in 1/16 scale...

I afraid to tell u that most of the sharing here are oversea, not year appear at local.
And even did go to their official site such like "Build Jaguar E-type" it only for UK,
not open for other countries yet.
But we hope some of the local publisher will refer it so may import in the future.
That is a hope anyway.

Here the website of Build Jaguar E-type,

firstly, the total cost of partworks can be exorbitant and can get you a really excellent professional built, and secondly, i have little faith in any local distributor following through till the very end.

I search online, got 2 version, is it the same ?

Version 1 with 70 cars
1 http://www.ebay.co.uk/gds/IXO-DE-AGOSTINI-...16028027/g.html
2 http://forums.biante.com.au/showthread.php...-Car-Collection

Version 2 with 120 cars
1 https://www.deagostini.sg/rcl/
2 https://www.pansingmag.com.sg/index.php/ral...collection.html

Is this 2 version come from same manufacturer ? The version 2 seem just launch in Singapore, is it they re-producing with extra car from version 1 70 cars  become 120 cars in latest version 2 ? Worth to collect ?

I saw it in 711 singapore, but the price after convert to RM is too expensive ~~~ sad.gif

Honestly buy it here is cheaper than TW, cuz now is RM1 = TWD7.10
But the price is juz a guess, don't know Pasing will do the same price or not.
This collection manufacturing by Bburago so the models is a "OK" quality.
Can't compare to the high quality model manufactory for sure.
Worth or not is depend on what you want.
For me, if it available on local, I sure juz choose some to collect only.
But all is still in waiting, seen Pansing want to import it or not.

Some compare point about the "Le Grandi Ferrari Collection" vs the normal Bburago model and price.
Firstly need to say again, both are same manufacture same scale by Bburago, one is collectibles other is market sell.
* Anyway just a refer, and the collection haven't appear in local.

~1st, about the price~
Le Grandi Ferrari Collection:
Issue 1 = TWD499 (around RM59.90) onward issue TWD799 (around RM89.90 may be)
Bburago normal market sell Ferrari 1/24 scale model:
Search from trusted seller at TaoBao, RMB 95 ~ 200++, if have discount the lowest is RMB95++.
So around RM60++ without postage fee to Malaysia.
Search from Lelong trusted local seller normal price is RM140++.

~2nd, the packaging compare~
Left is Le Grandi Ferrari Collection, Right is Bburago normal Ferrari packaging.
Attached Image Attached Image

Attached Image Attached Image

See the different? Le Grandi Ferrari Collection has beautiful packaging and magazine intro of the car.
And the model itself always have acrylic PVC case with nice base stand.
Bburago normal Ferrari packaging using normal box without acrylic PVC case just normal base stand with car.
So worth or not? Is depend what you want. hmm.gif

Now the smallest one is Deagostini 1/1250 scale.
But it only for German... sweat.gif

For me the Collection stand-alone issue is OK, cuz if it end suddenly can be accepted.
But if build something partworks, really hard to trusting whatever publisher guarantee.
Cuz at last they only refer to the marketing selling result, not the collector building progress. doh.gif
So all my sharing here especially building partworks only for eyes viewing fulfill so far. tongue.gif

About this Harley stuff... I not a fans on it, so I didn't open new thread for it to discuss.
Also, the research info said it about 10 issues only.
And I afraid after open new thread like the locomotive and legendary cars become so dead thread. sweat.gif
So I won't do that again, hahaha.

de agostini... generally ok ok qc. problem is my usually end up dumping ground so sadly we kinda get the primary market returns/rejects. and because of that, we also see very few of the popular models being brought in as they probably sell out in the primary market. just my two sen assumptions... i could be wrong whistling.gif

Yup, for the time that AllScript did years ago, for the beginning it was good like "Combat Tank", "James Bond Cars" etc.
After tat some collections are really so dump and cheap, but sell in high price... doh.gif
But now AllScript stop all partworks market I think, didn't see them have any new collection appear now.
Only Pansing doing on it, hope Pansing doing great and don't import too many unpopular collections. sweat.gif

actually i didn't collect combat tank. i started off with the fighter collection since the first model was the legendary spitfire... and at only rm9.90! james bond i didn't collect. the trains... subscribed for the first few issues to get the freebies, then abandoned the collection because of space constraints (and the collection being limited to british locomotives). the only other complete collection was the helicopter and giant warplanes. keeping fingers crossed allscript brings in the ferrari collection (no, not the microscopic collection! mega_shok.gif )

this looks awfully tempting... but partworks i really got no faith. tengah jalan stop really potong stim doh.gif

unless allscript can come out with complete issue guarantee, will avoid this. how many issues, by the way? why gunmetal grey? shouldn't it be silver? personally, i would prefer the hot toys 1/6th scale delorean. goes well with the 1/6th marty... although less lighting bits hmm.gif

that millenium falcon at 100 issues and over 5k? better get a pro-built kit with all the fancy sfx.

Actually... this was other country language, hard to ask AllScript import it.
And the... actually I saw it at TaoBao did have seller sell this collection without magazine.
Don't know is the same or not, around RMB38.00, the brand call LEO.
The quality... erm... I think is ok or so so something, same as the "Legendary Car Collection" from armercom may be. sweat.gif
BTW, LEO Models is from Italy, same as this collection coutry.

For what I think is this Centauria Supercars Collection is made by LEO models.
The magazine collection only available at Italy so far, and LEO is Italy branded (but Made in China, so it cheap. sweat.gif ).
So I guess is same, even the car models same colors same quality so far. hmm.gif

OK guys heard some news from rwb911, Thanks for his information again. notworthy.gif

rwb911 post at other thread info below:
Off topic, but looks like the Ferrari collection is here already. Saw someone posted a picture of it, but didn't disclose where it was found. First issue is a 458 Italia and priced at RM14.90. There's an exhaustive list out there with all cars in the series and from those pictures it seems the car build quality is rather cheap.. Some are good but most are very toy like.

So what all of you think? What I guess is should be AllScript import this series.
But after search at uncle Google, this series is old... is 2013 from Eaglemoss early collection...
So very bad didn't have acrylic case cover the models... sad.gif
About quality... it little bit same as last time Amercom Legendary Car Collection... doh.gif

But yes the advertise video is good...

Spot it at Popular, very light...I think its made of plastic. No casing and the plastic cover is dented all over...not to my liking.

Considering the ferrari's price and built quality which i oredi bought, i think is worth it.

The details quite ok. If it's come with acrylic cover lagi ok.

i bought mine at borders (the gardens, mv). at rm14.90 it's worth getting the first issue. at rm24.90... a bit pricey but still doable. at rm34.90... there's a whole lot more models out there by other manufacturers that are much better, me thinks. no acrylic case so a visit to daiso/kaison may be in order. overall, a so so collection especially if it's just 9 issues. personally i think rm29.90 would've been a more reasonable pricing...

got it! and issue #3 is out as well, the 360 modena @ rm34.90.

incidentally, the price printed on the promo card that came with issue #2 is hkd129, which is roughly rm65 equivalent (whereas we get it for rm24.90). thought it was some marketing gimmick, but it checks out:

https://pansinghobbyshop.com/en/ferrari-gt-...gazine-000.html

guess we're getting leftovers at half price 😅

Note, not sure bout you guys but the Daytona's paintwork looks a bit too thick compared to my only other purchase, the F40, and that front wrap-round indicators should have been finished in clear plastic instead of paint to show the prancing horse logo in it. But overall proportion wise, I'd say this is the best details at this price.

the crest above the side vents macam overkill. should be smaller. and the rear could do with better detailing. then again, to put things in perspective, it's rm34.90... not rm888,800 whistling.gif

I see. Should be good news too.
But guessing which version will they import?
Is last time they try with Centauria ENG version or the DeaAostini JP version?
I think should be Centauria right? Cuz it was Eng, and the packaging is simple. tongue.gif

found this last issue of the ferrari gt collection at borders - issue #9 365 gtc/4. strangely, pansing included a noter with this mag which says that the publication is suspended until further notice, not discontinued. if that's so, perhaps we could see a comeback in the future? anyway, here's a photo of the last model:

I think most of the collection did have Ferrari must be doing licensed, it make Ferrari like a "Boss", LOL juz kidding. biggrin.gif
But sure Ferrari do their license work anywhere, if any other production didn't do their license should get laws sued for sure.

BTW, LEO models actually is very cheap at China, but after it become collection with magazine, should be price up. sweat.gif

Hello Collectors~~
Want to introduce one of the collection here, and my review.
Actually it support to be intro at diecast car model thread, but seen it also call itself collection so I decide to post it here.
All of u can be found and collect this collection easily for sure. brows.gif
I don't know how many of u know that Mr.DIY actually have good 1/43 scale diecast model car to choose from.
I do some research days ago so I decide to find this collection today at Mr.DIY, and here what I found below.
First let have a look the TVCM on this collectables. thumbsup.gif

Mercedes-AMG C-Coupé DTM Collection 2016
Brand: Uni-Fortune RMZ series, 1/43 scale

BMW M4 DTM Collection 2017
Brand: Uni-Fortune RMZ series, 1/43 scale

Now here what I get below:
Attached Image Attached Image
Attached Image Attached Image Attached Image

Actually no bad at all, it have acrylic case cover and basic black base, model itself at least for me is OK.
The important is the price, only RM29.25! Very cheap and have this kind of quality.

Now I want to tell you all some precautions:
1- This collectables only can found at Mr.DIY so far, don't know Parkson or somewhere else did sell same brand or not,
even they did, I don't think the price can be that low, even TaoBao sell expensive than here.
2- This collectables so far have 2 type, BMW and Mercedes Benz DTM, and some have acrylic case and base some juz packaging box.
Reason of why? May be because different manufacturing date I think. But the price is the same... so which worth it, u all should know.
3- Still need to inspect & choosing wisely, u all know why, didn't need me to teach. thumbsup.gif

That all, anyone who interest, juz go in Mr.DIY grab some. thumbup.gif

Actually a lot of partworks didn't appear yet at local cuz some reason...
Reason 1, most of them are Japanese or other not English languages.
Reason 2, less popular partworks like classic car, bike etc. will become less subscribe.
And if really import them to local, subscriber need to afraid distribute publish won't suddenly stop. dry.gif

this is a tough choice, tbh. you get to look at most other models before deciding whether to part with your cash. with this, you don't. furthermore, it is expressly stated that "if magazine and packaging elements become accidentally damaged during shipment, we regret to inform you that a free replacement will not be provided." as you well know, more than 90% of damage of models are from its acrylic case. so this... plus the chinese/japan mag, really kills it for me. sweat.gif

personally i'd stay away from partworks here in malaysia... especially anything above 20 issues. that's perhaps as long as mass interest will last. thereafter, the remaining interest to complete the partwork will probably be a handful of faithfuls... and won't justify the cost of continuing with the series.

what issue is robi at at the moment, btw?

Me also deny partwoks, only accept interest collectibles.
So don't know how is the progess of Robi, even back to the future partwoks.
Better ask at title threads for the answer. hmm.gif
